Custom Made Design For You!

We bring your custom sign to life with a precise 10-step plan. It starts with understanding your needs, designing the perfect look, and getting your final approval. We then move into expert manufacturing, a final inspection, and complete the project with professional installation at your site.

1 > Initial Digital Consultation

Let’s begin with a free consultation to understand your project.

You can meet us at our office or we can connect via an online or telephonic conversation. During this session, we’ll gather all the necessary details, including your logo, site photos/video, and any design inspiration you have (from our catalog or elsewhere).

2 > Post Virtual Survey Consultation

Once we have the initial details, we get to work selecting the perfect material and design for your sign.

Our focus is on finding a solution that’s both durable and cost-effective, ensuring the material can handle the environment (indoors or out) while fitting your budget. We carefully translate your brand details—like logo colors, shapes, and dimensions—onto the final design, making sure the result is visually appealing, technically accurate, and built to last.

3 > Transparent Quotation Process

After finalizing the design and materials, we provide you with a detailed and fully transparent quotation.

This document clearly itemizes every cost—from materials and design fees to installation charges—so you know exactly what you’re paying for. Our goal is complete clarity: we ensure there are no hidden fees or unexpected costs, building trust and allowing you to make a confident, informed decision.

4 > Pre-Installation Site Visit

Once the quotation is approved, we schedule a site visit to finalize the details before installation.

This is a key step where we bring material samples for you to review and approve in person. We also assess the installation environment—checking the space, lighting, and any other factors—to ensure the final signage fits perfectly and performs optimally in your specific location.

5 > Client Quotation Review

Once you receive the detailed quotation, simply review and approve it.

This is your time to look over every detail and request any modifications to the design, materials, or costs. Once you’re satisfied, your formal approval (via a purchase order or sales order confirmation) gives us the green light to begin the actual production and execution phase of your signage project.

6 > 50% Advance Payment for Project Initiation

We understand payment is a key concern. Unlike retail, the custom nature of branding and signage requires a different approach.

To start production, we require a 50% advance payment. This is essential to cover the initial costs for your specific materials, design, and labor. Even with this advance, we still heavily invest our own funds to complete your custom order.

7 > Regular Project Updates

We ensure you’re always kept in the loop with regular progress updates.

Your Project Coordinator will send updates via email or message, often including photos, videos, or snapshots so you can visually track how your signage is coming along. This transparency ensures you have peace of mind and can monitor your project’s progress in real-time.

8 > 40% Pre-Dispatch Payment & Product Verification

Once production is complete, we share photos and videos of your finished signage for your review, and we can even set up a live video call.

We encourage you (or your representative) to visit our facility to personally verify that the product meets all the agreed-upon specifications. Only after you confirm your full satisfaction do we request the next 40% payment. Once that’s received, your product is immediately prepared for dispatch and installation.

9 > Professional Delivery and Installation

The final step is Delivery and Installation.

Once your signage is complete, we safely deliver it to your address. Our highly skilled, professional team then handles the entire installation process on-site. They work with precision and care, paying close attention to every detail to ensure the finished product is perfectly positioned, securely mounted, and looks exactly as you envisioned, maximizing your brand’s visibility.

10 > Final Feedback and Payment

After installation, we ask you to cross-check everything against the Job Card specifications one last time.

Once you confirm the installation is perfect and the project meets your full expectations, we request the final 10% payment to officially close the job. At this point, we also genuinely appreciate any feedback you can share on the overall experience—it helps us keep improving our service!
